Hello everyone, unfortunately I don't get to meet most of my VISTA's in-person at all really. It appears that the system that is set up has the VISTA leader doing teleconferences every other month which I'm about to do myself for the first time. I'm stilll stuck on the topic and was wondering if other people had any suggetsions of things that have worked for them in the past specifically when doing the teleconference/non in-person method. So far I know that the previous VISTA leader has talked about things like the education award, reporting, social media, volunteer management, networking, and self-care/conflic resolution. Any and all suggestiosn are welcome....thank you in advance!!!
