I developed a "yearbook" to give to the members who are departing from their service year.  Each member answered three questions about themselves and provided observations about other team members; this became the content for the yearbook.  We gave these out at the Close of Service celebration and they were a big hit.

My project is in its first year and this is our initial newsletter covering the first six months of service by our members.  The main purpose is to promote the project as a whole and provide information to the community about the work being accomplished.  From here on out I'm planning on creating a newsletter quarterly.
