As we all know, service can be draining physically and mentally draining. It seems like a lot of people don't know about this service. I found out about it at one of my regional trainings while I was a state/national member.
The website is allonehealth.com and the website is a little harder to navigate but they're a 24/7 answering service. This service is very aware of AmeriCorps members and the stipends.
When you do call mention that you are an AmeriCorps member and specify what type of member you are. Also have your insurance information handy because their goal is to match you with services that are affordable to you.
