    Senior Site Manager – University of Rhode Island

    Jumpstart is a national early education organization working toward the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed.

    The Senior Site Manager implements high quality programming by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program and supports child outcomes. The Senior Site Manager, in conjunction with a Site Manager, recruits, trains, and manages Jumpstart members serving as part-time volunteers with AmeriCorps, in preschools in under-resourced neighborhoods.

    Volunteer Manager oversees campus relationships at 1-3 higher education partners, recruits and supervises up to 100 college and/or community volunteers and ensures that Jumpstart Performance Standards are achieved in conjunction with other Jumpstart staff. The Volunteer Manager serves as the primary support for Jumpstart members serving as part-time AmeriCorps members and volunteers in preschools in under-resourced communities.
